This Catalogue is the first attempt to compile a comprehensive listing of all the materials currently available within the Global Pro-g ramme for Vaccines and Immunization (GPV). it includes documentation of various types, audio visual materials, software and simple management tools (job aids). The Global Programme for Vaccines and Immunization (GPV) was established in 1994 when two existing programmes, the Programme for Vaccine Development (PVD) and the Expanded Programme on immunization (EPI), were incorporated into a larger overall scheme and modified areas of activity were reapportioned among three new units:
